Beast Mode (“Velocity,” “we,” “us”) provides algorithmic management services for prop-firm accounts. We provide software, configuration, and ongoing service — we do not provide investment advice and we are not a broker-dealer.

You understand that trading involves substantial risk of loss. Beast Mode makes no guarantee of profit. Past performance shown on this site is illustrative and is not indicative of future results.

Upfront fees and recurring service charges are listed on the pricing page. All fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date with no further charges.

You are responsible for selecting your prop firm, funding your evaluation, and complying with the firm’s rules. Velocity configures algorithms to operate within those rules but is not responsible for outcomes outside our control (e.g., broker outages, rule changes, account liquidation).

All algorithms, configuration logic, branding, and copy are the property of Velocity. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them during your subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beast Mode is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the prior 12 months.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
