No. Most of our customers come from non-trading backgrounds. The algorithms do the strategy execution; you focus on risk management and account selection.

Which prop firms does this work with?

Tradeify, FTMO, sFutures, Speedtracer, TopstepX, Bulenox, and most futures-based prop firms. If your firm supports API or compatible manual execution, Velocity integrates cleanly.

How do you choose which algorithm I should use?

During onboarding we match algorithms to your prop firm's rule set, your account size, and your appetite for drawdown. The Professional and Elite tiers let you layer multiple uncorrelated strategies for diversification.

Are backtests verified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every algorithm publishes its equity curve, drawdown profile, win rate, and profit factor. We surface the underlying logic — no black boxes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Can I run more than one algorithm simultaneously?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Professional tier supports 2 licenses, and Elite supports 3+. Running uncorrelated strategies in parallel smooths returns and is a core part of our risk model.

What does each tier cost?

Indicators: $47/mo, $397/yr, or $697 lifetime. Live Trade Room: $147/mo. Bundle (indicators + trade room): $197/mo or $1,497/yr (no lifetime option). Done-for-you Predator Basic: $297 setup + $197/mo (1 strategy). Predator Elite (most popular): $497 setup + $1,997/yr (all 4 strategies + a 1-hour 1-on-1 with Kevin Krebs). Profit Split: $297 one-time setup, no monthly, 50/50 split on payouts.

Are there refunds?

All fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again — no long-term contracts, no penalties.

Is there a profit-share alternative?

For qualifying Elite customers we offer a profit-share arrangement in lieu of monthly fees. Reach out via the contact form for eligibility.

Are profits guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No. Velocity makes no profit guarantee. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past backtest results do not guarantee future performance.

What if my account fails a challenge?

Prop-firm rules vary. If an account is liquidated, all fees remain non-refundable. We recommend starting with one account to validate behavior in live conditions before scaling.

How do you protect against blow-ups?

Hard-coded daily-loss circuit breakers, position-size caps tied to realized volatility, and consistency-rule-aware logic. These are configured per prop firm during onboarding.

Do I need a VPS?

How fast is execution?

Latency depends on your broker and VPS location. Our strategies are designed to tolerate normal retail latency profiles — they are not HFT.
